Alright, Help wanted, Sanding/filing setup.

Gents, I would really appreciate some pictures and explanations of your personal filing and sanding setups.
I really need some help with that, as all I have is a small, pathetic, Bessy vice, and two plastic clamps and a workbench.
I really don't have much options and I'm thing of upgrading to something more specialized.

Pics and explanations are encouraged. :D

I'll be fine, I actually took a two second look at Stacy's knife tutorial thread, and saw that he said to use a plank of wood hanging out over your table, which makes complete sense,

No idea why I didn't think of that.
So mods, feel free to close this thread.
