alright...someone is going to have to explain whats so special about these knives

now before everyone goes ballistic when they read the title i would like to say publically i am a "noob" as some might say to both bladeforums and knives(obviously). im just wondering what makes them so special and what makes it worth all the money to collect them
 
There are very few blades you can buy that can be used to peel open a tank and still shave with. And, heaven forbid something happens to that knife when you are peeling open the tank and post about it here, the owner Jerry Busse will show up tell you how cool that sounds and replace that blade. :D:thumbup:

Kidding aside, Busse blades are some of the toughest out there. Their warranty is second to none, as is their customer service. Every time you get a chance to deal with them you leave happy! Something that seems all too rare in this day and age.
 
wow that was quick...well they are cool. whats the easiest way of getting one? i looked on the website and they only had that one model...im looking for a larger bowie sort of knife
 
i know how you feel volk...im 18 and going to college. when im not studying and doing school work im either playing football, bowling, or on the computer looking at what knife to buy next
 
i feel like i worded the question wrong...it almost sounds offensive. sorry if i offended anyone that wasnt my attentions at all...just trying to learn thats all
 
these knives have pheromone tat makes humans just buy and buy and buy them up. No control whatsoever. Run while you still can.:eek:

be very careful, this is some potent stufF, mine are still in the mail, and I'm still looking at what is being sold, and I'm already hopelessly adicted.

its kinda tough...a new knife or calc 2 book? logic would say the book so i can get a good edumacation and make more money so i can buy more knifes but maybe i should just get a second job
 
so instead of asking whats so special about them maybe i should ask what isnt special about them?

they have books in the library, and who are you trying to kid its not like you are gona study till the last week anyway, so its ither a weeks worth or life's worth you deside.

thx for the clarification. ill admit that i sometimes get impatient with these types of questions.

however, i also feel it is my obligation to let others know the power of infi!

1. a design for everyone. i guarantee there is a busse out there that will fit your needs.

2. warranty is the best in the business.

3. amy is a pleasure to talk to. as is jerry, skunk, vicki, and everyone else associated with the company.

4. its fun to collect. ganzas, production offerings, bcs offerings, exchange, etc. no other company makes buying their products so enjoyable in and of itself.

5. infi is the best steel i have used. the best combination of toughness, edge retention, stain resistance, and durability i have encountered.

6. busse to expensive? try swamprat or scrapyard.


they are not for everyone though. many find it frustrating that they cannot get the knife they want when they want it.

at least for me, finding that special knife is half the fun.

and i also guarantee that no other company has had as many models and variations than busse combat.
