Alright, Who is Loading up the Carts again???

I really wish that folks would stop doing this sort of childish stuff. It makes it a helluva lot harder for folks that really want to buy to actually do so. And most importantly it is hurting the business of the BCS.

I last spoke with Vicki about 30mins ago and she told me that the BCS only managed to sell a measely 3 knives in the past 2 hours because someone is hogging up the carts. That is just plain wrong!
 
you got that right i didn't get the exact GW i wanted (i got the urben/black insted of black/black) because some one "bought" it out the next day i saw it back in stock :mad:i was a bit disapointed but i am happy with it though. the funny thing is i am just going to strip it anyways, but that disconfort when i saw it was back in stock, i didn't like.
 
For all the guys that didn't score, I'm sorry! I waited a long time for this stuff to come up, and I know how it feels if things don't work, especially because of someone cart hogging. I'm glad I got the one I was looking for. My conscience is clear, and my cart empty. :)

Unless you make them stop with brute force or superior technique. Which is the method I strongly support, and utilize in my everyday life, as well. :cool:

The way knives were going I would have thought the BCS would be as busy as Amy for the next couple of days. Really annoying that this is not the case.

Sounds typical... I snagged a few items here & there, then checked out each time to prevent loss due to auto cart dumping or the BCS closing & re-opening... 8 #'s between my first and second orders, and the Store dumped the carts in this time between... and only 4 between my 2nd & 3rd. PLENTY of time spent between all of 'em F5'ing for what I was looking for.

DUMP THOSE CARTS, or buy something! ...For cryin' out loud. Let others who actually want to PAY for something NOW get a shot. :grumpy: BTW, I'm done... Happy Hunting, to the rest of you. :thumbup:
 
That sucks. Too bad there isn't a way for them to block certain IPs of chronic offenders.

Yes it sucks. I was on there trying to buy stuff and there wasn't anything so I gave up. I'm sober now so the urge has passed.

Skunk must have lost $2,000 in revenue.

Ditto. Matches my experience. I dropped out of contention after the first inventory.

I've been very careful at the BCS after some recent unpleasant events!

If you play, buy. ;)
 
After the cart dump, I was able to snag what I wanted. When the site first went live I took a few moments to consider what I wanted - live and learn!
 
What's to gain by keeping it in your cart?

Ah, I mean I considered what I wanted by looking at the list, I didn't even think I needed to make a mad dash and add a few of each to my cart!

I'm still new to this remember :-D

So ya, once ppl had their carts dumped, I was able to make a purchase! Score one for the good guys!

i imagine some dont want to check out numerous times.

id guess that it is none of the regulars who carts a bunch of stuff with no intent to buy.
 
Oh ya, and thanks for your initial outreach MORIMOTOM. As pissed off as I am that there are people hogging the carts, it's the people here like you who actually try to help - that's what makes it worth while.
 
I loaded and bought a couple of times. I agree that anyone hoarding stuff in carts with no clear intention to buy is just plain wrong. I'm done as well.

there are many here who have offered to help me in the same way, and a few i have been able to help score that special knife.

part of what makes it fun for me.
 
Yesssssss!!! I finally beat my way through those cart hogs and scored a sage/od g10 BATAC!!
