Mike Alsdorf custom Slipjoint NEW, MINT FROM MAKER

Hollow ground, mirror polished 440-C Spear blade with long swedge. Heat treated to Rockwell 58 and comes to you Hair poppin' sharp. Features a half Stop Blade Position, heat treated 416 ss liners, bolsters, and traditional (more rare from Mike) Federal style shield. Integral bolster/liner contruction. Gorgeous and unique Rope style jigged bone. Great walk and talk. No blade play. New, uncarried, MINT. Fabulous fit and finish. The backspring is flush with the top of the bolsters and liners in the open, closed, and half stop position. How many makers do you know that can get that right? Most guys can't! This knife is 3 1/8" closed; 5 1/2" open.

Satin finished Bolsters, frame and shield--Also features a tapered front bolster.

This knife also features Milled/Relieved liners-- A feature that not only eases the opening and closing of the blade, but also prevents unsightly scratching to the tang of the knife from repeated opening and closing. Mike added this feature to his knives in the last quarter of 2007.

Includes a slip pouch for protection--Should you desire to carry it in such a manner!

Mike's work will redefine what you expect in a custom slipjoint, price not even considered. No disappointment guaranteed.

SPF shipping and paypal fees included in the U.S. Paypal only on this one please. Will ship overseas global priority too for an additional $25, but understand that I have no control over delivery once it leaves the U.S.

First one to say they want it gets it! Email, PM, or Post. Through the work week I can only respond to emails and those only occasionally.
