Altama or Belleville Shoe for Desert Boots?

Hi guys,
I was wanting to get a pair if Mil-spec Desert boots... does anyone have any recommendations for either Altama http://www.altama.com or Belleville Shoe http://www.bellevilleshoe.com boots - they look pretty similar except for 8" or 10" height.

I'd appreciate your comments!

I've had the best luck with Bellville Shoe Co. Altama is a sausage factory

. Their quality control sucks.

Most likely the Panama sole on desert boots is because most military boot companies already have the molds made for them.
