Alternate to small Sebenza

Some good options given so far. I would agree with the Sage 2 and also say to check out the Benchmade 470. The 470 isn't Ti, but it rotates with my small Sebenza and I really like it.

So I have decided to go with a Hinderer because I am too impatient at this time to wait for a custom. The only problem now is I have no idea on what is a good price to pay for one. I've seen them range in price from the 385 straight from Rick to 1000+. Should I expect to pay 700+ for a second hand knife? Thanks in advance again everyone. I really appreciate the input.

I'd say on the second hand market expect to pay 600.00-800.00 for a production version. Custom ground blades go for 1000.00ish -to the moon.

+1 on the Sage 2 suggestions. I have a small Sebenza, not the Sage 2 but examined it. In essence it is on the same quality level.

Also +1 on the Sanrenmu 710 which was posted as a joke. Just buy one as a beater and leave it in your car or so, it has roughly similar ergonomy as your sebbie and it is remarkably convincing for almost no money!

Last suggestion is not a framelock but a linerlock: a titanium handled folder by Klotzli. Roughly same price as Crk, yet even nicer and more precise in feel. I recommend the Walker 06 for example.

Hmm, I think the AG Russell Acies 2 is a pretty good alternative. Worth looking into. Really great knife :)
