We havn't decided yet to make any knives in aluminum. The market is very soft on that. We have figured out how to make our knives as light or lighter than G-10 with Aluminum and we are expermenting on textured finishes. We are on the heavy side according to the market but to lighten our knives we wouod have to weaken them. Somthing we are not willing to do at this time.

Thank goodness. Bob - I love my Pioneer. I love the heft of it. I even love the not-quite-so-polished finish. That allows me the freedom to actually use the knife. I'm real anal when it comes to my finely finished knives. I have a hard time using the purdy ones.
