Am I crazy, or do I have a legitimate peeve????

I make a deal with someone for something I'm selling.

They email saying "Send payment details", I send them my name and address with the total cost. I asked him to notify me when the item arrives, and that everything is OK. I figured I'd have the check in my hands in 3 or 4 days...

Six days later, they send out payment !!!!

Not a word that the payment would be delayed...

Item is sent Priority Mail and delivered to buyer.

Two days later... still no word from the buyer !!!!

Is that piss poor communication or what????
 
Only if you worked out what kind of communication you expected ahead of time.
 
Well, I, for one, got a return offer for a couple knives, after an inital offer of mine...

I Humm-Hawwed it for a couple days, streched it out to 4...
Then sent a check... I haven't emailed the seller...


Am I a bastard?!?!:eek:

Ya, I guess ive done that too. But hell, I know i'm a bastard. :)
 
It takes approx as much time to send someone an email as it did for me to write my post. Less than a minute

What if the seller sold the knife to someone else during your 4 day thinking period?

90% of problems and needless drama are solved by proper communications.
