Last year in early May or so I went tent/car camping in Yellowstone Valley That was cold. It snowed most nights and didn't warm up past the 40F during the day. Well below freezing during the night. I was alone and I toughed it out cooking my meals on a fire and even built a shelter for fun. It kinda sucked to be honest with you. I get fed up one morning and just packed up my gear and got a room the next few nights in West Yellowstone. I might try it again this year in a different location I'm thinking maybe try ice fishing.

My wife hates being alone, she slept over at her grandmas house about 250yards away from me. Our son took over my spot in bed, he's 3 and can take up just as much room as me cuz he's all over the place.
