That clip is from one of David Attenborough's series, The Life of Birds. It has a ton of excellent footage like this. Check it out, if interested.
There are mimics in our part of the world too. Many people are familiar with starlings, which are not native to the Americas and have become a big pest. They do have one talent though, being able to mimic a lot of other birds. If you ever hear a bird that is wildly out-of-place, like a gull in an inland city, it is probably a starling. Not so talented as that bird in the video though. I hope he finally got lucky, after all that work..
