AMAZING Collaboration - Tore Fogarizzu & Barry Lee Hands

I think that Tore has created a wonderful knife platform for the embellishments of these fine artists. Every knife of his that I have handled has impressed me with its precision. I think this is likely to turn out to be a monumental project and I hope that we can look forward to seeing each of these pieces posted here. It would also be nice if it was possible to see all seven pieces togther at the end, but perhaps that might not be possible.

Anyway, thank you David and Tore for sharing this here with us.

Very nice knife, beautiful engraving! The somewhat "angular" style of mr. Fogarizzu is not really my cup of T, but I admire his craftsmanship!

It appears to me as a vehicle for the exceptional engraving style of Barry Lee Hands, and as such,

Well, that goes for most engraved knives (or guns), doesn't it?

opens up no new vistas or is deserving of any accolades.

Well, I see a beautifully crafted and perfectly fitted&finished knife in the pictures, and while that may "open no new vistas", it certainly deserves accolades!

Kind regards,

Jos

Today people are seeking new lines and new combinations with engravings, things are always different from those seen in the past, sometimes it takes something like cars productions. Thanks Ciao Tore

Hello!

I can and do appreciate this as an outstanding piece of engraved artwork, but it does not really ring my knife bells.

Then again it does not have to, if it is taken for what it is to me. I do understand that the purpose of giving a canvas to an engraver can be limiting for a knifemaker, but something really different in this field would probabpy knock me out of my socks simply because of coming ever so unexpected.

Then again, maybe it is a very similar design pattern over and over the clientel for this kind of knife is looking for?

Regards,
Alex

Let's see your engraving, STephen!
Just shut up for once. No one cares about your opinion. You never have anything good to say.

Do you have something to say about the knife?
