Hunter, congrats and thank you. I worked in fostercare/adoptions for a number of years; it's nice to see a happy ending. You and you're wife really are heroes.

Awesome story, and thank you for sharing. Always refreshing to hear there are still good people in this world.

That was very classy of you Boggs!!!

And congrats on the adoption!

I'm always amazed at the generosity and the kindness of the folks here in trad town.

Let me add my Jim story. When I was even newer around here than I am now, and barely acquainted with anyone, I posted a few questions about a GEC knife. Next thing I know, Jim is sending me a box with several of his beautiful examples of this model, for me to have on loan and get a good look at up close. I was blown away by his generosity and by his decision to put that kind of trust in someone he didn't even know.

It told me a whole lot about him, and about what a great place this forum is.

Jim has an impressive knowledge of knives too. He recently sold me a Conductor I've been after for sometime and I'm really pleased with it, not everybody will consider international transactions either so I'm doubly grateful.

A very generous act from a generous man about sums it up

Regards, Will

There are some phenomenal people here in an outstandin' community, the generosity shown by the members in this community never cease to amaze me.

Yo're a good man Jim and thanks for all you contribute here.

Very well done, Jim. (Can't say I'm surprised.)

Very nice gesture Jim:thumbup: I've had the pleasure to deal with Jim and he is one of the "good guys":)
