Amazing Sedona, AZ Trip

I used to live down in Cottonwood (15 minutes south of Sedona.) There is an amazing amount of wilderness to be seen in that area - about an hours drive in any direction will get you someplace different and exciting. Next time you go back be sure to check out Jerome, an old mining town built onto the side of Mingus mountain. Sycamore Canyon is nearby and is an awesome place to spend a day (or a week.) Then there is Clear Creek over outside of Camp Verde...

The list is endless.

Awesome pics buddy! Sedona is truly a magical place. One of the most beautiful places I have ever been as well. I actually think the place is more beautiful after a good thunder storm, brings out all the color in the rocks.
You said it best!

Where did you set up camp Reuben?
Nice looking little spot
Cave springs camp, someplace in the bush off the 89A in a thunderstorm, different places every night.

Look at the picture again. On the left is his head, even an ear at the bottom left. On the right are his two feet sticking up. :p
Bingo, I thought he was joking!

Be careful! My brother took his GF there for a long weekend and now he's married and living there.

My Uncle visited Sedona and never left. Lives in AZ to this day. Gorgeous country. Havent been out there for many years.

I am a rock formation junkie, and these pics are a great fix! Truly beautiful shots Reuben
