Amazing Service, Darrel Ralph, 5 stars

I had a problem that I really really was hesitant to bring to Darrel Ralph's attention.

I called his phone #, it started going to voice mail, and I hung up the phone, hesitant to bug him.

One minute later my phone rang, called ID said "Darrel Ralph".

He called me back from my just ringing in and not leaving a message, he dropped everything to listen to my "hate to bug you with this" customer service type issue, he ABSOLUTELY took care of things to make it right.

Unbelievable. I'm 49 years old, I've never experienced "this matters to me personally" customer service like that, from any vendor or maker of anything.

5 Stars plus, for Darrel Ralph. :cool:

I second that. I have had no problems with my DDR's, but when I have asked for a tune up on one the answer is "no problem, bring it over!".
