First of all this is not a flame. I have been impressed with Amazon.Com but one warning I have to folks in Alaska and Hawaii is that if you order a multi-tool (which incidentally are very inexpensive. A Leatherman Pulse is $49.99) they will automatically send it UPS even if you are signed up to get USPS mail. The 2nd day air UPS charge is almost half the price of the tool!
The other day my $50 purchase turned into $70! I emailed to complain and got a canned response so I called and they took $10 off the delivery charge. Like a said, not a flame and a decent resolution but I figured I would warn my fellow knife bretheran before they realize their Granny needs a new Leatherman Supertool for Christmas and click on A.C. and then get a big surprise with their credit card bill.
Overall I would rate Amazon in the excellent category...so I guess this is a GOOD.
