I don't think linking to Amazon is a rules violation. It is like linking to the US government or Home Depot to show what an item is you're looking at. I think people just didn't believe the "name" that was given and the post was so short that one person thinks this knife is for use in the Amazon jungles and another automatically thinks it is Amazon the retailer.
Here is my take on the knife. I generally don't choose hollow handled knives as they are known for breaking at the weld and the price would certainly lead one to believe that this particular knife is certainly not a BK-7 or BK-9. But when it comes to buying knives, you have to start somewhere if you have the interest and I have certainly purchased a lot of inexpensive knives in my time for whatever reason. So, this particular knife is not the greatest, but it will probably cut stuff and the owner should probably learn to sharpen knives, because this one will require sharpening on a regular basis with use. So, if the knife makes the OP happy, go for it.
