Products arrived early. Nothing but good to say about Amazon and their shipping. Still don't like their customer service though.
Well I ordered some DMT whetstones from Amazon maybe a week ago, and selected the free shipping option (what ever they call it). From the beginning, USPS did not recognize my tracing order, even days after they said it was shipped. Now my account does not exist on Amazon.
Contacted their customer service, got a generic email.
I'm about to contact my credit card company and simply request a ?charge back? I think is the term. I figure I'll give it until the second week of Feb since delivery was scheduled for the first week (slow, inexact delivery a condition of free shipping; account deletion was not mentioned).
Has anybody had any similar problems? I'm thinking a company of this magnitude would happily fix this situation, but the fact I got a completely worthless reply to my inquirey does not instill faith. :jerkit:
