This is my first post here under "Knife Maker/Craftsman" membership. So I am proud of being one of the forum members.
Wished to share with you one of our American Felling Axe prototypes, specially crafted as the donation for The Forestry Forum. At the moment that particular axe in on the auction stage. You can see it here:

Hand forged traditional American Felling axe.
Laminated steel. Using W108 tool steel for the blade.
Hand shaped, (linseed oil and bees wax finish) elm wood handle.
Overall length: 32 inches.
Blade width: 5 inches.
Axe head height: 7.5 inches.
Axe weight: 4.4 pounds
Made as a special donation for the Forestry Forum by John Neeman Tools.
