American made Buck machete and otf oddball topic

Too heavy i think to be a machette.

Dunno about too heavy, but definitely not thin enough or springy enough IMO. The froe is more like a golok or a parang (and not like a froe IMO), neither of which I really think of as a machete.

That being said I'm a little biased, since my favorite yard tools are a 18-20 inch Latin machetes and cane knives.

American made would be my pick on the machete, but if it was imported from say South Africa or El Salvador and finished here in USA at a better price point id still be happy to have a Buck labeled machete.

Since were talking about oddball Buck requests, how about a little folding wood saw based around the 110LT frame ?
I think that would be pretty cool, if a leatherman multitool or Victorinox pocket knife saw is useful, something like this could be too.

It'll never happen, but it's a thought.
