American Made Kitchen Knives?

Perhaps I am lucky, but I have a full set of Gerber Kitchen Knives!! I don't know when they stopped making them but I really like the set I have. Well balanced, great handles and the steel seems to be pretty good. Anyone have more information on these knives?

Sometimes I really really do wish I was DIRTY STINKIN FILTHY FREEKIN RICH!!

After a set of those Benchmade kitchen cuties, the full complement of Spyderco kitchenware, and a Greco cleaver.

Plus EVERY OLD HICKORY EVER MADE, just for the everyday stuff!

All stored in the custom wood block island CUTLERY COUNTER (with small quick access gunlocker) in the center of my spacious country kitchen. :D

And a pair of custom Emerson SCISSORS!

Can you WAVE scissors??

I'd probably kill myself with em...

Benchmade is apt to set the new standard for AMERICAN made production kitchen knives. Custom quality at a highend production price.

While Spyderco and others are American companies, most of the better knives are coming out of Seki, Japan.

A lot to the really cheap carbon steel kitchen knives are being imported but, a few (as mentioned above) are still made here in the "States".
