It has been deployed and successfully fought several battles with envelopes from all corners of the nation, and has always emerged victorious. If you can legally own this knife, it is ready to keep your desk (or whatever) safe from bills, duns, and junk mail.Has been handled but not carried; aluminum frame, stainless blade 3 3/4" overall 8 1/4". Small snail trails/ spotting on the blade. Disassembled, cleaned, lubed, it fires quickly and locks up well, blade well centered, with just a small bit of blade play against the locking bar. Button works smoothly, knife was stored opened, so the spring has plenty of strength and life left.
