I have a few Camillus American Wildlife series knifes.Some have lanyard holes and some don't. When were the lanyard holes started in production? and when was the Americam Wildlife LOK*BACK series started?

The name American Wildlife was first used in Dec 1976. Not sure about the lanyard hole.
