Dinner time, and tonight, the fam damily chose fajitas. My BK5's favorite meal to prepare, but tonight, I found he had some friends over. Good thing I got 'em in the kitchen before they got drunk. That would have been a mess.
Meet, The Americans.
The Para and 350 I picked up at the ESEE campout, and I been lovin' em. That and each one is USA made. Thank God for American made products. For those in other countries, take no offense, I'm a patriot of the US, and I love it here.
Para does the first cuts, and trim work.
350 wants some slicing, and I'll be honest, recurves work well for this kinda thing.
Of course, the BK5 is the real winner here, but I like playing with knives and if a knife won't cut it in the kitchen, well, then it just won't cut it period.
Meats cookin', time for some green and some tears.
Factory edge, still haven't sharpened it. Its made about 3 dozen dinners, and some time in the woods. Factory edge.
After the meat is done, soften up the veggies in the skillet.
Throw the meat in it, season, and cook 10 min.
Thanks for lookin'.
