AMK SERE 2K: Lock

If it were me, I'd buy it and worry if I got a bad one when it got to me. Don't count the knife out before you even handle it man! The Sere is DEFINITELY worth it. It is the one production folder above all others that I'd call a "must have".

If you get a crappy one, just send it in to Al Mar or send it back to the place you order it from and get another one. (make sure you can do a return BEFORE you order) Also, you might ask whoever you order it from to test the lock - I've done it lots of times and never been let down yet.

The first run SERE 2000's were made in Seki, Japan. High quality. Later on they were being produced in Moki,Japan.

Never knew that. Mine was made in Moki for reference to my above comments

Aye, the problem with that is postage from the UK to AL-Mar is likley to be another $45+, but I have emailled the place I intend to buy it from to check if they will accept returns. We shall see what they say.
