Amusing Knife Ads

I worked in the worlds largest beef packing plant in Holcomb, KS when I was 18, hardest job I ever had.
And yes, you used a knife all day long......

Some fancy adds...

Can't beat a knife made from sword steel

Is startling speed faster or slower than Supersonic? At least we now know the difference between mammoth and colossal sizes are a quarter inch.

Great ads, I wonder if any swords have "Knife Steel" ? :)
And I'm not the authority, but I believe "Supersonic" beats "Startling Speed" :)

Herder, I wonder how much the wunderknife weighs? It is interesting that half of the recommended users have transport connected to them! Very cool knife though, amazing F&F from the photo (especially for under two bucks!), really looks forward to the multitool. Nice!

Well...it does say "it has the weight and balance of a regular hand axe", lol.

I got another one the same day that dosent collapse also I'll post a pic tomorrow.
Someone gave me a sharpener similar to that but this one doesn't collapse. I guess it was made by Cutco around the 50's
I never thought to start a sharpening business with it and get rich. ;):D

Do these rolling sharpeners work?

Kind of depends upon what you mean by "work". I have older family members (now dead) that used them. They will sharpen, but usually are quite coarse leaving a "toothy" edge. I wouldn't recommend using it for a knife you care about.
