I am a huge fan of Alton. His "Feasting on Asphalt" was phenomenal. As a motorcyclist and foodie, he wins on all counts.

It was cool to see and meet him. Amy was more excited than I have ever seen her. We're big fans of Alton's around my house as well. I hope Jerry doesn't get too drunk and delete the pic I got with him. :D

Yep...I'm a fan too. The guy teaches you the fundamentals of everything while teaching you some pretty amazing stuff. :thumbup:

Well now at least I'm sure Alton knows about INFI;) But on a more serious note what do you think if the BCS offered a kitchen set from the XXXL Nick to the Fillet down to the GW? If a guy can spend $3600 on 18 GW's heck yeah I can see it being possible=)

EDIT: I had mentioned Alton doing a collab but I'm sure Shun has their fingers wrapped around a contract, otherwise...
