I live in whitetail deer country and quite a few of my friends hunt these animals. When I go around to the deer hunting camps, something I see often, is an avid hunter, toting an 800 dollar gun, with a 20 dollar "import" knife strapped to his side. From a knife makers perspective I tell them I would rather shoot it with a 1 hundred dollar gun and then skin it with a 2 hundred dollar knife. A lot more fun and a lot less work.

  • Clay hardened drop point hunter-9 inches overall.
  • Blade is 4 3/4 inches and has three distinct heat zones. 1095
  • Guard is a sandwitch of copper and brass.
  • Handle is stabilized birds eye maple with a copper and red fiber insert.
  • This is a flat ground blade with no secondary angle. Shaving sharp from tip to guard. Light and well balanced with a fine distal taper.
  • Comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Paypal -m.o. sold U.S.

Thanks for L:D:Dking Fred

Crap! You makers are killing me. Just to near Xmas I think. I gotta go figure something out with the finances. Man it is a gorgeous piece of work. keepem sharp

Shoot! Beautiful work. I'm definitely sorry that the mad money is gone for a while. To many knife purchases for myself and Christmas. I like the knife!

Thank you Tim, I know how that works. I post here regularly so keep checking me out. Hopefully we can do business at a future date. Fred

Just 2 of these hunters left. Fred :D

Fred your statement in your first post is so true. When I did gunshows it was unbelieveable the guys that I talked to that had $1000.00 hunting guns and didn't give a hoot what knife they carried. They would cringe at the thought of spending $200.00 for a knife. The gun puts the animal down but the knife does all the work.

 Hi Scott, If you were lost in the woods and had to survive for a week , which would you rather have, a good gun, or a good knife. You just can't do much work with a gun, other than shot, With the knife the possiblities are endless. Have a good holiday Fred
