The smith is Howard Clark. He usually makes japanese-style swords. Apparently he wanted a little variation. I think if you go to http://www.mvforge.com it's his forge.

So thats what he was doing!! Howard had the
"no new orders being taken" sign out on his site. Howard is a Japanese Sword maker extrordinare but he does make some folders.
Boy does he make some folder!!!!
