Or so I'll call it. Inspired by some of the knives in Minnis' book as well as old Naval dirks.

Gorgeous knife! The inlay looks very clean as well, but the blued guard makes it work for me. Very nice one.
 
Thanks folks... I know I chase after the old and archaic but hey, someone's gotta do it. :) Tobin; I make my guards out of "wagon wheel tyre iron". I have the free world's largest supply of the stuff. Its full of slag and imperfections; just like me. Kevin, if your ever in my neck of the woods let me know, we can have a mini hammer in. DanCo lives down the way but a mile from me.
