An Englishman's most important survival item: Tea

another point to note, while you may still have your towel, the rest of the universe gets by on something almost, but not quite, entirely unlike tea.

You know, you may not believe this, but THHGTTG resulted in my first actual PSK getting done. And yes, it did include a towel. No tea, though.

Haven't had a cup of warm tea in a long time, been putting the hurtin' on iced tea (Rutters, a local dairy, their diet orange tea). Got some Walmart decaf green tea, had a big tall cup this morning, it was great.

I hate atrial fibrillation, no caffeine, really limits what real tea I can have. I used to have about a third of a box of tea in my truck at all times.

Phaserrifle, stick with your coffee if you are happy with it but you needn't worry about throwing teabags away outdoors. They are fully biodegradeable. I just throw them under a hedgerow or some bushes. I compost teabags at home for the garden.

Rockywolf, sorry if I confused you but I was specifically addressing Phaserrifle when I mentioned Tesco, as he is in the UK and condensed milk in tubes can be found on the shelves in Tesco here.
This is the stuff anyway

If you have a sweet tooth it's hard to resist eating a few spoonsful whilst you wait for the water to boil!
