An Even Smaller Spyderco Flipper ...

Brad actually makes a mini-AWT which is the smaller version of the AWT model which the Spyderco Southard is based on. It looks really cool too.

Overall Length: 6.4"
Closed: 3.6"
Blade Length: 2.75"

I'm sure you meant to say that "there's a smaller version of the model the Southard is based on", but as I read that sentence it seems to imply that the Southard is based on the mini-AWT--not the AWT, which is the knife the Southard is actually based on.

And I agree with you, the mini-AWT looks pretty sweet, I'd love to see Spyderco to do another collab with Brad Southard on that model.

Yup, based on AWT, not Mini-AWT. Re-reading I meant one thing and it came out the other way.

Excellent but I'd make the blade length 2.95". May as well get the maximum under 3" blade in there. CF instead of G10.

Micarta would be pretty awesome too. I love the look of the titanium bolster with the sculpted micarta on this TAD version.

A smaller Southard would be nice!
Also i second the idea of a flipper PPT! A PPT with a flipper would make it more lefty friendly!
