An exciting new project at Morakniv

A Mora HD Chopper would be interesting, something they don't currently have in their lineup, I'm talking something 1/4" x 9" or more, Mora. Or a Mora machete might be interesting.

It seems other than the wood handle, the OPs knife types have already "been done" by Mora.

They used to make an insulation knife called the #333. The factory edge was too thin to support chopping, but if you ground off the apex a little and re-sharpened it, it made a fantastic ultralight machete. Sadly, they discontinued it.

If we play the word association game; the first word that pops into my mind when I hear or see "Mora" is "plastic", an overwhelming abundance of plastic! Yes, I have several, and they cut very well; I am a Mora fan. But still, the association with plastic is a negative association IMHO.

A wooden-handled, full size Mora bushcraft knife with a leather sheath that is reasonably priced ($50?) would be awesome.

the C223P (fish knife) is nearly 9 inches of carbon steel... if you need a $35 'mini-machete', I think it might fit the bill but I have not held one yet, I wish retailers here in Canada carried them : ( They sadly only have the basic models like companions etc

its a big version of the pathfinder imho - which is awesome
