AN - FNG with no honor

AN posted a knife for sale, his price was $400. I emailed him very soon after, maybe 15 - 20 minutes after the post went up, and said I'd take the knife at his price. Three hours later, he emails back that "ten guys are bidding" on his knife, and he'll entertain offers starting at "$400 and up".
I know he's a newbie, and hasn't seen how things are done here perhaps, but new or old you either have integrity and stand by your word, or you don't. He has no honor, and that doesn't change with age or experience. I won't buy from him, now or in the future, and I post this to warn others.

Well looks like we all wasted alot of time on a bum deal. I sure hope everyone holds there ground. I am out of the deal. My e mail to him was 3 min. after his first post. I would sure like the forum leaders to tell us who this guy is. At least then we won't waste time on any future deals with him.
I traded a knife yesterday and within 5 min. of making the deal a guy offered more than I traded for and cash not another knife. I sent his name to the man I just traded with. Thats how this is suspose to work.

I just got an email asking if AN is a new name for a previously banned guy. His name is An Nguyen, if that helps identify him as a previously ousted bad guy.

It seems to me like you guys dodged a major bullet. Since it's likely to get edited from his original post, here's AN's response to the issue of honor: In this dog eat dog world, there's a time to be honorable and a time to be a business man. All this whining is getting annoying. Either you buy it or you don't.

Based on his own admission that honor has no place in the way he does business, why would someone trust to send him any amount of money?

He knew enough to list all the Specs of the Carson in his original post.

He knew who "Arizona Custom Knives" was.

This guy has been around before! My guess is that he is some LowLife that has been previously Banned from the Forums due to some shady Sh*t exactly like this!

Not the way we do things here. We've all had higher offers after we made deals, but if you lose your honor here, you're through. Go to an auction site if you want the highest bidder.

This guy is unbelievable. Now he posts on the original sale ad, using a different name taunting everyone about how he will keep on being a shady slimeball here, just using new names. If you do a deal with An Nguyen of Sacramento, CA, regardless of what BF name or email address he's using, you better make sure you get your money/knife first.
