For anyone wanting a quick source for a quench tank (and if you don't want to make your own), try this:

Use the 20 quart (5 gallon) pot. You can give your wife the other ones.
(I tried welding up my own from a scrap piece of 7" x 7" x 14" rectangular tubing and a steel plate -but it leaked everywhere and didn't have a lid in case of fires. The 20qt pot actually looks quite decent in the shop.).
