Now this instructable is how to make a hoodie out of fused plastic bags, which would be great and all.. but if you wanted to put the time into it, you could make your own recycled plastic tarps, tents, pouches, bags/packs(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sB1mE8e35UY). if layered thick enough, you could even make temporary knife sheaths.
