An Invitation to Makers...

Hi Guys,

I know you guys are busy as can be, but I'd like to invite you to take a look at a knife I recently posted in the maker's gallery. it's titled "A Fighting Bowie."

I've never posted a picture in the gallery before and then came here to ask for feedback as I was afraid it would seem, well..self-serving. But this is different, IMHO, it's a whole different design for me and I'd love to know what you think, good, bad or indifferent. The knife has a perfect hollow grind, but I put a mirror finish on it, thus obscuring the lines. What do you guys think? Would a satin finish be better, etc, etc? Well, in other words, I value your input and hope you have the time to give me some feedback.

Why not just post it here and ask for feedback? Usually if someone ASKS for feedback it will be given freely.

Hi Matt,

I have never seen photo's posted here, and i see no reason to do so. This forum is for blade making Q & A's. I know it's unusal, but i was just trying to draw makers to my knife to discuss the design.
