An old project.

Another old design. A bowie.

My project for a 5" blade is done (molletta Iago). It will made after the folder molletta Kur.

Gianni, can you give an estimate when the Iago will be made?

Molletta do you have more info about the Ningishzidda?

In this year hope to see the new M5, a 5 inch fixed blade Lionsteel.

Hope to do Iago in next year. Experimental project made with Lionsteel collaboration are dependent on the availability of materials chosen by me.

Ningishzidda project is done. Here too i am waiting availability of materials and the possibility of applying other technologies. I hope to put it into production soon after Iago.

Project is completed. Soon will be good news. Some project will be produced, even a small experimental series if the materials will be available.

I really like that knife #2 with the contoured scales. Would be handy and go well with my M7, and that classic Moletta blade shape many of us love.

Any plan to make one?

Great news

Will we still see them in 2014?

:eagerness:

I suspect the M5 will be in Sleipner which is the standard steel of choice of Lionsteel?

Btw, some time ago I saw the new folder of Kniferesearch "Flick"
It's nice they feature a not very common steel like K340.
Is this knife also made by Lionsteel?

Maybe Lionsteel could use K490 for the new M5 :D

No decision yet for M5 steel.

Flick is not made by Lionsteel.

K490. :)
It's a problem... Is not made in sheet, only blocks. Make a knife sawing steel involves prohibitive costs.
An experiment is possible. :)

Iago is cooming.

An old design... The experimental X5. One of my designs build from Lionsteel in only 36 pieces.
