I was at the local landscaping and tree nursery today and spotted these to items on the porch. "Those are new!" I exclaimed. They said that their father was cleaning out his garage and since they sell antiques from time to time(mostly as lawn ornaments) they thought it might sell. The old guy had just dropped them off and was still there. He was asking $80 for the Blower and $45 for the drill. After asking him what else he had to sell(not much of interest) I happily paid the man and drove off with a smile... totally forgetting why my wife sent me there. I suppose she'll let me know when she gets home...:o

These are a few more pieces for the low-tech smithy project I'm working on.

I just had to share with folks who might appreciate them.

The action is very smooth on both machines. They are in great condition.

The drill had been converted to run on a small GE motor. I need to find or make a flywheel at some point.

Nice score! That blower is immaculate. Great score, especially for the price.

Nice Rick! I have that exact same blower on the same stand. Just need to finish to coal forge one of these days... Excellent score!

Nice score! Love those old post drills.
Would love a Cannedy Otto blower, just because. I own/owned Champion and Buffalo - need to be well rounded tho!

Those are two awesome items. Congrat's.
