Well things are at a standstill right now. My eyelet press should be here in the next day or two and I'm also going this weekend to pick up my new skroll saw. Both of those things should do WONDERS for my process. I'll still be touching up everything with hand tools for that little extra clean look and smooth edges, but at least I won't be using a hand saw and crazy slow stuff like that anymore. So, after this weekend, I should be starting a bunch of sheaths. I have a few new ideas I want to try out and after I check out the designs myself and do some backyard testing, I'm going to send them out to people to get feedback and see how well they think they will do or if there's anything I need to change.

The new designs WILL BLOW PEOPLE AWAY. Ok, maybe not that awesome, but it's all stuff that I have been wanting to see in kydex sheaths that I think everyone will dig too. To give a little hint, my two designs right now are "The Straight Jacket" and "The Neck Tie". The new stuff is going to be "The Cube", "The Roo", "The Piggyback", and "The Bisquit". Trust me, they're cool designs. I just hope they come out as good as I think they will.

Anyways, just wanted to give everyone an update. Also, for the good guys that are waiting for a few sheaths, I'll be busting those out in the very near future. I've had a couple of wrenches thrown in my works lately, but everything is fixed now so I can get back to the sheath making. Also, expect to see a new website in the next month or so.

Cheers.

This is good to hear...............We can never have enough good sheath makers here!

some of those design names sound very interesting and I am eager to see what the web site looks like.

Sounds great! I loved when I started making kydex, it`s so easy to work with. (And forgiving too, just reheat)All kinds of new design possabilities start coming into your head.

Looking forward to seeing some pics in the future.

I'm really excited to see what you are able to turn out with full power tools, after seeing what the 'basic' stuff looked like. I'm sure you'll have more than a few buyers around here.
