Look like a perfect demonstration on how to ruin M390 steel?
-No any decarb protection when forging.
-No any annealing process after forging.
-He didn't show the kiln being use so I guess he likely using forge to HTing it.
-No cryo or any tempering?
High alloy steel or any PM steel can be benefit from "properly" forging method but what that guy doing in the video is far from "properly" to be honest.
