Here is a beach wash full size walrus head mount. No scrimshaw because it is pre-ban ancient ivory. The tusks are 24: long and extend all the way up into the head cavity. The skull only has one tooth missing. The rest of the teeth are intact. The tusks have not been removed from the head and are nice and snug in their cavities. Very pretty ivory with only a shake line or two on the backs of the tusks. This would make an awesome, legal, wall display. Or, these tusks are meaty enough that several good sized knives could be made of each. If both of these options don't work for you for some reason, you could always have the tusks scrimshawed any way that you like.
You just do not see this type of thing around much any more. When they are available, they are covered in native primitive scrim and much more expensive.
Paypal is OK.
No international sales, I'm sorry
PM or email and we can get this shipped to you right away for mounting on you den wall wall, or cutting on your shop bench!
Thank you.
