Good luck on the wait. I've had a Micarta on order for about 6 weeks and it's beginning to make me antsy.
 
Great choice, hopefully it will take less than the quoted time, I to called up a couple of months ago to see if i could switch out the blade of my 21 for a damascus one, I was told it's a year wait, I held off, I don't have the patience.
 
I don't want to sidetrack the original post but atony that looks outstanding. I have a large micarta and was wondering what it would look like with Damascus. I just got my answer!
 
I'm on the one year plan as of yesterday. I'm patient, and they will be worth it. One of the three I ordered might come in a little sooner so that would tide me over I guess :)
 
Atony...i've been so in "awe":eek: of your pics, i recently just called CRK and had them change my initial order of just a plain 21 w/raindrop, to the whole micarta/silver lug(s) you have:)....i think the combo you have is top 3...:thumbup:

I ordered in April, and was told a year wait. When i emailed Heather to change the order, i asked her if it would effect the 1 year waiting time, and she said no.
 
Several months back, I went with African Blackwood and Damascus. Waiting does stink:D
