And Number One Of The Sarge7 LE Goes Too....

Moderator status has only added to the legendary pork-fu of grandmaster Jaxx...

And Skunk... hey man, don't mean to be a buzz-kill but it's only Thursday. Not that it really matters. My weekends always start on Thursday dammit. Not because I don't have to work tomorrow, but because I'm anticipating my astounding lack of production which has become my custom for Friday's. Call it a mental day off if you will. :)

Congrats on those who scored.

Nada for me... I got sidetracked doing some reports for work. Work is the scourge of the drinking class... :grumpy:

.

'Grats Jaxx!

I thought I caught the tremor of your Hog-Fu. Only 200 miles off line of sight and all. ;)

So has anyone gotten their knife yet? And does anyone know how many were made in total? I know its early, but there must be someone that lives c;lose enough to the company store that it would have arrived today. Pics damn you!

Barring a fluke, no one will see these until Monday, earilest.

And since you really want to know how many, this might be a good time to let you know that Jerry rarely lets us know how many of any specific model or version of a model were made. When he does, it is usually a run that reflects this right on the knife (#27 of 300, for example), or when a very limited quantity is offered, like a military overrun, or a small custom shop run. Sorry, man...that's the way it is. And, if that don't bum ya out, this might... Just because you might see a knife with #777 on it or something doesn't necessarily mean that there are 777 of them out there. Someone might have requested a higher number in that model's series and there may be a significant gap from the last LE in order and this higher number. LE Series are usually 3 digits, but I have seen a pic of one exception to this that was briefly posted on this forum. Going further, models before the ASH-1 LE (AKA, LEASH-1) were available to be ordered "sterile" if requested, meaning we used to have the option of ordering LE's without either a serial number, a logo, or without either, While these sterile LE's still have a serial number on them, it is hidden under the handle out of sight.

Here are 3 sterile FBM LE's I ordered back in 2006.

Well, go ahead and piss in my cornflakes whay doncha! To bad I was hoping the number produced was made public. Oh well heh.

Now, as for your 3 FBM LE... I am sure that you are well aware of my lookin to buy one. Ive been checking here, knifetests, jerzeedevil, and knife forums . Never seem tio have any luck. The only ones I can find are ones that were bought a few days prior and then marked up a few hundered. Sweet blade but I aint payin 800 plus for one. Sell me one or SUFFER THE MOST DIRE OF CONSEQUENCES!! I would love to turn you upside down and shake you till one drops out and run off with it but I shall be civil and ask if you could part with one instead. Bleh, being civil is such a bore!!!!
