Online tracking says my Boss Street was delivered yesterday...

I don't have my Busse in hand though.

I could ******* strangle somebody at the postal service right now.

Called the USPS and opened a ticket. I'm having nothing but bad luck getting my first Busse. First there was a computer glitch that had a CG BWM delivered that I didn't order (man, it was hard not to open that package just to take a peek) and now somebody else has my Boss Street. :grumpy:

I hate making negative posts but I thought somebody might have some advice here as to how this type of thing is handled...

Hopefully my BWM LE will get here without any issues.

that sucks, the people at the post office and i have an understanding and have the system down so there is never a problem. I hope you get your knife soon,
Dan

I am sorry to hear about that bro, best of luck recovering it. I am curious to see how this plays out, does Busse ship insured? I always assumed knife companies did, so what happens in a case like this where the blade was shipped and it dissapears, are you covered? Hopefully Amy or Jerry will chime in

That SU(#'s. I keep my fingures crossed everytime something is coming or going!!! Good luck with it Bro...

Aggravating to be sure. :thumbdn:

But Amy and her crack customer servive crew will take care of you.

Thanks folks.

Yeah, I called Busse and left a message in the hopes that they do ship with some sort of insurance. I'm tempted to just drive to Ohio to pick up any future orders! ;)

This is coming up more and more. Sorry to hear this. Hopefully everything will work out for you.

I don't think there is any chance of Busse leaving you high and dry. They are without a doubt the absolute best company I have ever seen when it comes to customer service.

It is just a shame that the post office will leave anything sitting on your door step instead of making sure it is delivered to a person.

I'm sure that if the post office doesn't make your knife appear, Amy will make it right.

Sending smoke your way, Les.

I know what your feeling, same sorta thing happened to me.
Ended making a claim through PaPal

Sorry to hear about your misfortune if it was delivered to another address they'll have record. Hopefully things get worked out quickly for you bro.

Unfortunatly delivery confirmation only means they threw it on a porch,
not neccesarily yours:thumbdn:

Oh yeah, from what I've seen of Busse customer service I'm positive they'll go above and beyond to help me out with it.

I'm really just disappointed with the USPS.

I've had this happen to me before. The knife showed up like 3 days later.

Hang in there dude. It will be alright!

I'm thinking it could still show up on Monday. Lets hope so!

If it had DC, or Insured(but you would have to have signed for that), go to the PO that delivered it and find out which driver it was. Then see if they will investigate, or at least talk to the driver.

Good luck, and hope it shows monday.

You know I thought I might have been in a similar situation yesterday. I had checked the tracking and it showed as "delivered" as of 4AM!!! I think someone had mis scanned it at the local hub center when it landed here in town. Had me worried to the mailman finally dropped it off. Keep yer fingers crossed maybe they scanned your's wrong too and it is really on a truck waiting to make the rounds to you :)

Send me a e-mail with your name to amy@bussecombat.com The Busse Combat office is closed on the weekend but I can see what I can do from home:)

"Delivered" just means it was scanned at the local center when it was put on a truck, not that it made it anywhere.

I have a feeling if it doesn't get delivered, that Busse will do you right and take care of USPS on their end.

That's one reason I have stuff delivered to a PO Box. At least when it shows delivered I can bring that in and tell them to search the facility for it (and yes, it's taken that a couple of times).

It's scanned at the PO, not when they deliver like for UPS or FedEx.

Have you checked all your doors and porches? Sometimes USPS leaves packages in odd places without a signature.
