And the USPS runs off with another Busse

Amy's got you covered!

Sadly, I think this all leads back to Cobalt!!! :grumpy:

We all know that he works for the post office and is responsible for nearly all missing, INFI stuffed, USPS packages!!!!!!

Let's Drink!!!!

I know my mail lady and she makes sure my stuff gets to me.

Finally got it in my hand! Amy got another one out to me very quickly!

Unfortunately I had to leave for work as soon as it got to the house, but I was very impressed in just the few minutes I did have to fondle it.

Thanks Amy for taking care of this so quickly!! :D

Hey it is what we do:thumbup::thumbup:

USPS is a bunch of clowns most of the time (apologies if any of you work for them), my local post HQ has the racket going where they will mark something as delivered, but if its up to a weekend they will keep the package because they get paid time x1.5 if they have to work weekends due to "large load" (load of what?) Everyone, including the supervisors are in on it too. They also leave packages on the doorstep in a busy city street in a large city. Its aggravating. Every couple of months I have to email my friend, the postmaster general, and complain. You will never get an answer to phone calls or tickets. This may not happen in smaller cities and rural areas, but it certainly does in big cities.

So, positive stuff: Have it delivered to your workplace, they seem more diligent when its going to a business.

Busse group: Start offering UPS shipping, I'll happily pay $5-10 more for a delivery through UPS.

This is why I will ALWAYS buy Busse knives. Their service, professionalism and build quality is by far the best I have ever seen.
I am glad you finally got your blade, enjoy.

Only if it's an option. Even though my brother works for UPS (in another state), they are the greater of the two evils in these parts and would rather be subject to USPS's stupidity than UPS's.

YMMV :o

Glad to hear it's taken care of.

The same crap happened to me. The package was supposedly delivered Feb 1, 9:45am. My wife was home and nothing was delivered. They even said there was a second delivery notice left on the door. USPS is a joke. If you have insurance and its delivered to a diffrent address you still lose because if someone signs for it at any address its considered DELIVERED. The best way to ship and recieve a package is REGISTERED MAIL. Thats were they leave a notice in your mail box and you have to show id at the post office for them to release the package otherwise they ship it back to the sender. You still get the tracking number so you can track the package.
Sorry for your loose Bro.

UPS definitely have their sh!t together in this part of the country, especially compared with USPS. But I agree, it should be an option which one you prefer.
