And the winner is................

Way to go Yekim, now, you don't have any ideas on the lotto numbers, do you ?

Congrats Yekim

Hmmm, starving college student.. Maybe somebody should make sure he doesn't sell it for food...

Congrats, and enjoy your Raman noodles!
(at $.16 a package....)

16 cents for a pack of ramen!?!?! Wow, I have to pay like $0.59 - $0.89, sheesh. I guess I should be happy that I don't have to pay for the hot water. So how much is a 1/4 pounder extra value meal for you? Here it's somewhere around $4.59, or something like that.

Congrats, Yekim (you lucky, lucky knife-wielding maniac you)...that's a great lookin' knife. It's on my list too.

Congradulations Yekim! I hope you enjoy your first Custom knife. I guarantee my work so let me know if you ever have any problems and I will fix you up. I will be looking for the review.

Congradulations Yekim!

I don't think that it would truly be a Yekim knife though unless you do at least some dremel work on it!

Way to be, Yekim. Good to see prizes going to starving college students. I notice you haven't commented on whether your "real" name contains the dreaded "B," though!

Also, for starving college students I suggest Tuna and beans. Tuna is 49 cents for about 30 grams of protein, Beans are about 33 cents for 34 grams. You just can't beat that. If you're big, powerful, and cheap you can rule the world . . . .

I knew I was out of the running anyway when I found out all my luck had been used up on Alan Folts' offer, but I ain't complaining.

I eagerly await the review of the Cetan as well. I have gone through the Simonich Knives web site and found at least two knives I want to get. They look fantastic (and I have a thing for hawkbill blades).

Congrats Yekim I have not been here
long so I got to know what the sayings
at the end of your post mean or I will need

Yekim (or should I say Bekim
smile.gif
???)...congratulations!

I guarantee this is one knife that you will NOT want to have your dremel come within arms reach. Rob makes solid blades and this little puppy is a great one.

I did NOT escape from the institution! They gave me a day pass!

Congrats. Yekim,
Give us a review when you get it. Feel Lucky...better play the lotto this week!

You can't give that knife to Yekim,
he's a dremaholic!
He's probably out buying new grinding wheels right now.
By April he will have converted it to a folder.
By May it will be an auto.
By June it will be a micarta-handled toothpick.
-Now, me you can trust

Enjoy it Yekim

Like I said, I won't dremel this knife, but the sheath is fair game

....

As far as bachelor/student food goes, I actually have a system to keep me well fed. Between my best friend's parents, my Girlfriend's parents, my parents, my Grandparents, and various others, I can have a homecooked hot meal every night of the week. In fact, they often insist that I come over for dinner. On holidays, I often goto several houses to have dinner. I do have a supply of Ramen, Minute rice, and spaghetti (noodles are real cheap, and Del Monte sauce is $1.19 for a 32oz. can, enough for four meals) for when I need to stay home.

As far as my run of luck goes, it just ended. My truck's alternator just DIED. Good thing I have another. Actually it might be good luck that it went bad, the roads are pretty bad tonight, maybe I wasn't ment to be out. Luck is funny that way, bad things may not be as bad as you think. I'll take it as it comes.

To quell any rumors of my name having a "B" in it, it does not. But to add to the fires of conspiracy, my Mom's name begins with a "B", and my girlfriend's starts with a "C".

I have to admit, my spirits are running pretty high today. I can't wait to play with my new Cetan.

So, Yekim, is that a Cetan Tanto in your pocket, or are you just glad to see me?

Congratulations Yekim,
Glad to see you win the knife. Others are probably releived that the "B" syndrome has been broken by the opposite end of the alphabet.
