Probably wishfull thinking to get it to look right after tuners ? Its a little under 3" wide , might work better as a 4 string bass ? I have not tried drawing anything yet.

The only time it's cool to take your saw to a crotch

I wish I could take a saw to my crotch ... lol really
I tore my ligaments in my crotch about 10 years ago with my sawmill and it did not heal and I have been in pain most every day for 10 years now. I have talked to half dozen of doctors and seen several surgeons, done xrays ultrasounds catscans and they all just say sorry nothing I can do.
Can no longer pick up anything heavy but at least I can still make knives as long as I keep em small

What kind of a saw do you use? Something with a ridiculously small kerf it looks like?

3/4" bandsaw blade not sure the kerf off hand. Its funny sometimes the two sides are completely different, like christmas every time though. I have a piece of spalted maple put up that to me looks like batman big enough for door panels.

How thick is it? If you’ve got enough depth you could glue it together, then cut it in half width-wise and make scales out if it, and sell a Batman knife!
