...and this is my collection...so far...

The Böker you mentioned isn´t that the cheapo version of Burger Exkelibur? The large Exkelibur is my dream knife (wich I can´t justify the money for). It´s to expensive for another folder ($370). Of course I would like a Sebenza, but I´ve read so much about it that I would probably be disapointed when I realize it´s just a folder that´s a little bit stronger and will last a little bit longer than my own folders.

...

My next knife should be a Spyderco, since I don´t own one.

Yes, the Böker Plus Exskelibur 1 is the production version of the Burger Large Exskelibur. It is very nicely made. Main difference is the steel which is a decent midrange 440C while the Burger uses N690 which is somewhat better. But look at the price difference.

Regarding Spyderco, there are many good ones, to begin I'd try the relatively compact yet sturdy Caly 3 as perfect EDC or the mid-size Stretch 2 (carbon handled version is nicest, other versions are cool too) as a very universal folder that feels "just right". And if you like something big, then the Military is a great model.

Regarding fixed blades, yes Fallkniven F1 is a very capable survival knife, now I'd rather go for a lovely classic scandinavian knife, the Roselli Carpenter comes to mind, for example the one with a very hard "UHC" (ultra high carbon) blade.

Is it just me or is the pocket clip broken on the BM Vex.

You´re right! After removing/putting on the pocket clip, the screws wear out. And I didn´t like the clip on this (great!) knife so I broke it off! The screws are so worn out (probably my fault, wrong Torx and massive force) so they won´t come off. So off it went and I smoothet out the sharp edges with a SAK file. Now I have the BM Blue Box so it won´t happen again.
