SOLD
I can think of no reason for this knife to spend the remainder of the hunting season in my knife safe.
This is the second most popular knife in my offering list. I have sold litterally dozens of this style over the last few years.
This knife was forged down from 1 inch square 5160 and differentially heat treated.
The handle material was obtained from a purveyor in Australia. I then dried it for a year and had it professionally stabilized. Over time, I misplaced the identification of the material, but it is some type of root.
Now, this knife has been on my site for about 6 months at $450.00. Normally, when I place one of these on my site, do a little promo email, it lasts one day.
Why I still have this one, I just don't know.
So, I'm going to do this - I'm going to reduce the price to $400.00. I don't do that very often - at all.
It's just too good of a knife for someone to not enjoy it.
That includes the knife, heavy leather sheath, zippered pouch, Certificate of Authenticity and Priority shipping to the US.
Don't know how anyone could go wrong.

Karl,

Very nice one, I can see why you have sold so many. Nice pick Joe! I would like a chance at her sister, or cousin :D

This super hunter arrived today...and tomorrow is our deer opener in MO. How convenient!

Karl, I really like this one. Great handle design and feel. I can tell the attention to detail this one recieved during construction just by handling and eyeballing it. Can't wait for a field test. If you ever come up with the type of wood used, let me know. It is gorgeous stuff.

Thanks!

- Joe
