Up for sale is a VERY NICE full size ADV Butcher by Andre De Villiers.
I bought this new directly from Andre, along with a matching Butcher Mini, and found this to be just a bit too big for my personal needs. It's a beautiful knife in the "Satin" finish. This is one of the Gen 2 versions, which I believe got updated pivot bearings and better hardware. It's a much cleaner looking knife (IMO) than the newer "Tac Butcher" that is currently available.
Spec's are:
-S35VN Blade
-8.5" overall length
-3.75" blade length
-Titanium everything else (sides, back spacer, clip)
Lock up is solid, and a little bit early (25%?). Blade is slightly off center to the presentation side (not touching), though this is easily adjusted (I've just never got around to it). Knife will ship in a padded ADV digi-camo case.
I really love the look of this sharp, and while I'm pretty sure I'll regret letting it go, it just seems like a shame not to use it.
